Located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment consists of a bright living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table, and access to the balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. The sleeping area has a bedroom with a queen size bed and wardrobe. A windowed bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the layout.
