Has a EVAP cooler and a separate window air conditioner in bedroom. Fully equipped with kitchen appliances, bed linens and bathroom towels. Close to the Tin Top restaurant and Dollar General for quick grocery items. Buckeye is the closet town with major grocery store, Walmart, etc.

Owner lives on the property and works at nearby power plant. Pets are not allowed and please don't ask for exception.
