Thanks to an unparalleled location right on the beach and with a wide array of shops, bars, restaurants within easy walking distance, this beautiful suite will satisfy even the most demanding guests thanks to its perfect setting, attention to the details, stunning views over the sea and sunset.The interiors of the suite are stylish, modern, full of light and welcoming. The separate, air-conditioned bedroom features a large bed (the beds can be made up as twins or a large double) with high quality mattress and linen, TV, as well as access to a private garden-facing balcony. The spacious lounge has individually controlled air-conditioning, a large flat-screen smart tv, a comfy double sofa bed (perfect to accommodate the extra guests) and a fully equipped kitchenette. Large patio doors provide access to the stunning front terrace, perfect for al-fresco dining, overlooking the garden and the sea beyond.During the renovation of the property, everything has been studied to offer a perfect holiday experience in one of the most spectacular locations of the island.If the indoor areas of the suite are delightfully pretty, the gardens are that extra able to turn this apartment into one of the most unique properties of its kind. The gardens that surround the property are beautiful, refreshing, perfectly manicured and kept. They feature tropical flowers, shade, grass, as well as a useful barbecue perfect for preparing delicious charcoal grilled meals. Sunbeds are also available for the guests to enjoy long hours under the shining greek sun, pampered by the gentle local breeze. Loved the location, plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance who were easy to talk to about my dairy allergy and suggest alternatives that were dairy free. The garden is sheltered, so we were able to sit in the sun despite the cold north westerly wind

A wonderful, clean & modern apartment in a perfect position, with lots of lovely bars & restaurants to walk to in Acharavi & Roda. Very private & peaceful & very comfortable & Eric was available to help if needed. Woody’s was our favourite restaurant, the best Moussaka ever. We used the lovely walk-in pool every day at nearby Sunrose Beach, if you buy drinks & they were very friendly.

We spent a very relaxing week in the house of Jacob. The house was very comfortable, clean, well equipped and just perfect for the three of us, 2 adults and a child of 8. We appreciate a lot having the clean and warm sea just in front, amazing garden with the barbecue and sun lounges. Although the house is situated just 50 meters from bars and restaurants it was very silent. We’ve also received very clear and comprehensive instructions, the communications were excellent.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf was dit. Prachtige tuin en apartement. Rustig en toch dichtbij alles. We zijn al zovele malen naar griekenland geweest maar hier hebben we met hand op het hart het lekkerst gegeten.Op het appartement valt volgens ons niets op aan merken.Van ons een dikke 10 op 10.Een grote aanrader !!!!

Traumhaft schön für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen.

Die Ferienwohnung (Doppelhaushälfte) besticht durch ihre Lage direkt am Strand. Man kann im herrlich klaren, türkisblauen Wasser schwimmen und danach im grünen und blühenden Garten beim Sonnenbaden die Privatsphäre genießen. Es gibt eine Terrasse vor dem Haus und eine hinter dem Haus. Der sehr freundliche Besitzer schaut sich täglich um und die Versorgung mit frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche etc. ist für eine Ferienwohnung außergewöhnlich gut. Man hat es nicht weit zu Restaurants und Bars , zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in den Ort mit vielen Geschäften. Gleich nebenan kann man ein Auto mieten, Taxi bestellen (auch günstiger Flughafentransfer)und Touren auf der Insel buchen. Unvergleichlich ist der Sonnenuntergang jeden Abend.

Wir haben 10 Minuten nach der Ankunft, beschlossen, unseren Aufenthalt dort zu verlängern - einfach weil alles so schön war. Zugang zum Meer, verweilen im wunderschönen und gepflegten Garten, Kneipen und Geschäfte in fussweite-gebau so muss Urlaub sein. Der Besitzer war jeden Abend im Garten und hat sich gekümmert - und war also auch jederzeit greifbar. Wir hatten 5 tolle Tage hier.

Schöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Moderne Ausstattung der Unterkunft mit eigenem Garten. In der direkten Umgebung sind viele Restaurants und Bars, wo man die Liegen umsonst nutzen kann, wenn man dort etwas bestellt.
