A jewel set in the nature of Salento, equipped with a panoramic terrace from which you can admire a constantly evolving picture, from the morning with the suggestive mountains of nearby Albania, to the evening with the thousand colors reflected by the sea. The villa, recently renovated and enriched with swimming pool, private bar, table football and table tennis, boasts a privileged position for accessing the hiking trails of the Leuca Otranto Park and is located a 5-minute walk from the suggestive Green Grotto.
The main residence, which is accessed from the right gate, is spread over the first floor of the villa and can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people and has 5 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, kitchenette, living room with sofa bed and corner bar, swimming pool with solarium and barbecue, terrace with relaxation area, laundry with iron and ironing board, two private parking spaces.
The property is rented in full; all internal and external spaces are private and you will not find other guests in the rented part of the estate.
In different points of the property you will find sunbeds, chairs or tables to enjoy the splendid views of the sea and the Mediterranean scrub (carob trees, olive trees, pines), accompanied by the sound of cicadas. To cool off, all you need is a dip in the elegant swimming pool, small but enough for a few laps or to relax in company.
All spaces in the rented part of the villa are at the exclusive disposal of guests. No one else can access it.
The owner of the villa will be at your disposal for any need, he will put you in touch with bike rental, car rental, boat excursions, scuba diving, home shopping delivery and much more
He will recommend the best restaurants for value for money and the most beautiful beaches on both the Ionian and Adriatic sides, directing your daily choices based on the weather and expected winds.
Linen, duvets and towels are not included. You can rent them at a cost of €20 per person regardless of the length of your stay. The welcome kit includes sheets, a shower towel, a face towel, a bidet and 1 coffee capsule. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
Final cleaning is not included. If you do not want to clean before departure, we can call the cleaning company at a cost of €100 for stays longer than 3 days, at a cost of €80 for stays less than or equal to 3 days (except in cases of exceptional disorder and dirt in which the full rate will be applied).
Dogs/pets are admitted free of charge, but with reservations. You must inform us in advance about the size and total number of dogs (only small ones and a maximum of 2 are allowed).
By proceeding with the booking, you declare that you accept the following conditions:
- We are required by law to verify the identity of all guests who will stay in the property. Therefore, we will ask you to upload photos of your identity documents to our site for transmission to local authorities. Your personal data is processed in full compliance with privacy legislation.
- Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not permitted at this property unless expressly authorized in advance by us in writing.
- Payment of a security deposit of €150 is required. It will be refunded during check out, barring damages.
