Nestled amidst the lush surroundings, our villa offers breathtaking views of Patong Bay that will leave you captivated. With a large pool and expansive outdoor areas set in 1800 sqm of land, you'll be immersed in a tropical paradise and have total privacy. The villa is located on a hillside in a small secluded Estate, just a short drive from Patong and its bustling nightlife and shopping districts.
Electric usage, maid service and preparing breakfast are already included in the rate!

The villa spans an impressive 800 sqm, ensuring ample space for you and your loved ones.
Three bedrooms on the ground floor have direct pool access and en-suite bathrooms. Two other bedrooms are on the upper floor and feature king size beds, en-suite bathrooms and private balconies with sun beds. Please note the jacuzzi in the master bedroom is just a decoration and can not be used. The last bedroom offers a double bed and a half bath. Four bedrooms have flat-screen TVs with Satellite TV channels and a high speed WIFI is available across the villa too. There is a summer kitchen with a BBQ grill and a dining area conveniently located beside the pool too.

On the upper level there is an open plan living area, combining a kitchen, island with breakfast bar, dining room and a big lounge space. High timber ceilings, folding floor-to-ceiling doors open up onto an extensive terrace. From the terrace you will have direct sea views of Patong Beach and the city and it gets very beautiful at night time when the city lights sparkle.
A fully equipped Western kitchen is available to cater to all your culinary needs, while the outdoor dining/lounge area offers plenty of space for socializing.

The highlight of the villa is a 15m infinity pool, perfect for those who enjoy a refreshing swim or simply want to relax by the water's edge on the deck. Additionally, there is a separate children's pool, 5x5 meters in size and with a safe depth of 20cm, where the little ones can splash and play. A Bluetooth sound system on the pool deck allows guests to enjoy their favorite tunes while basking in the sunshine.

The maids will clean daily and make amazing breakfast for you. The cost of the groceries for breakfast and any other shopping requested is not included in the rate and will be charged with a surcharge of 15%.
