Located in the Fuentemar textile urbanisation, about 450 metres from Las Marinas-Bolaga beach, with landscaped areas and a communal swimming pool (normally open from 15 June to 30 September, but these dates may vary). A mini-market, bars and shops just 100 metres away and a large supermarket less than 5 minutes by car.



There is a nearby bus stop so that you can visit nearby towns such as Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos.



The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are less than an hour's drive away.



IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged. In the case of monthly rental with discount, electricity is NOT included. Pets / youth groups are not allowed. Smoking inside the accommodation is prohibited.

Encantados con la Urbanización Fuentemar.

El apartamento es ideal, cerca de la playa con piscina, estaba todo muy nuevo, aíre acondicionado y ventiladores en todas las estancias, pero la limpieza ha sido nefasta, los anteriores inquilinos debían llevar uno o dos perro porque arriba en las habitaciones estaba lleno de pelos incluso una de las camas individuales las sábanas no las habían cambiado y estaban llenas de pelos. Aún así nos gustaría repetir el año que viene, nos ha gustado mucho Verá playa y los alrededores. Extremar la limpieza sabiendo que han habido mascotas en los apartamentos, puedo entender que limpiar muchos apartamentos en una mañana para su entrada sea complicado pero estáis cobrando 75€ por ello, es incompresible e inaceptable.
