This spacious apartment has a private terrace and lift. It comfortably sleeps 7 people in 4 bedrooms and has 2 full bathrooms, one of which is en suite, which makes it ideal for families, friends or colleagues sharing. The décor is a stylish mix of natural woods, modern charm & local artworks.

After spending the day enjoying the many attractions of the city, relax with a night cap and share highlights with family and friends while sitting around the circular oak dining table or lounging in the cozy living room. There’s also a large HDTV to unwind with your favourite Netflix series.

We’re proud to offer a well-maintained and tastefully-decorated apartment with quality furniture and modern appliances. Spread over 98 m² (1055 sq. feet) with a generous amount of natural light in the master bedroom and living room.

The flat boasts two AC units; high-speed 300MB fibre optic Wifi; a 55´ SMART TV; and a comfortable workspace to ensure that working from home is comfy.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances including a full oven, microwave, coffee machine, milk frother, toaster and blender. And has plenty of pot, pans, crockery & glassware to enjoy a home cooked meal! It also features a dishwasher, iron & ironing board and washing machine.

Master Bedroom (Sleeps 2)
The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom & AC connects to the balcony that overlooks the tree-lined street below. It has room darkening shades for full blackout and a memory-foam mattress with white cotton bedding. You’ll also love the convenience of bedside lighting with USB ports. Additional storage is offered in a wardrobe for hanging clothes and a chest of drawers.

The attached bathroom is fully tiled with modern hydraulic tiles, so typical of Barcelona and is complete with a WC, bathtub and wall mounted shower head, vanity sink, hairdryer and mirror. We provide all our guests fresh white towels, shower gel and bathroom essentials.

The remaining bedrooms are just off the hallway with wooden parquet floors.

Bedroom Two (Sleeps 2)
A bijoux interior double bedroom boasts blackout blinds, nightstands, bedside lighting and hanging space. Fresh white bed linen with quality pillows.

Bedroom Three (Sleeps 1)
The single bedroom also includes quality bedding. It has blackout blinds, a nightstand, bedside lighting and a large dresser.

Bedroom Four (Sleeps 2)
The twin bedroom includes two comfortable single beds, blackout blinds, nightstands, bedside lighting and large wardrobe for hanging clothes & storing luggage.

Bathroom Two
Features: walk in shower, WC, sink with vanity unit, wall-mounted cabinet with mirror & a hairdryer.

You´ll have access to the entire apartment & its amenities during your stay.

There are two cupboards, one in the master Bedroom and one in the second bedroom that are locked and not for guest use.

We´ll be there to welcome you, check you in introduce you to the apartment & its workings, after that we´ll be available 24/7 in case of emergency and via Airbnb message for any other needs.

La Sagrada Família is one of the six barrios that form the district of Eixample, Formerly known as “Poblet”, in Catalan, Today its a pleasant and peaceful residential area, most famous for Gaudí’s unfinished monument, but also the stunning Hospital Sant Pau, Avinguda Gaudí & the Estrella Damm Factory, which hosts live music events and gatherings.

The area is quiet , safe & full of local stores terrace cafes & green spaces. Plenty of places to eat and take a break.

A pleasant 20 minute walk through Modernist Eixample brings you to the main street of Paseo De Gracia & Placa Catalunya where you´ll find more Modernist wonders, La Pedrera & Casa Battló along side designer boutiques & terraced cafes and the Aerobus for airport transfers outside El Corte Ingles department store.

Walk South and you´ll see the last commercial bullring in Catalunya, La Monumental, an impressive building that today hosts food markets, live music and art Fairs.

For those that enjoy relaxing green spaces, Cuitadella is a must visit nearby.

Monumental L2 / Purple, Line takes you to Montjuic Park & Placa Catalunya

Verdaguer L4 Yellow Line, can take you to the beach in less than 20 minutes & the L5 Blue line helps you navigate the rest of the city.

The Tourist Bus or Hop on Hop off bus also stops nearby & is a fun & easy way to explore the wider city with stops at Camp Nou & Park Güell.

Local taxis (Black & yellow) can be hailed on the street when they have a green light lit.
