East Lodge, is a tiny romantic castle: modern, maximalist, quirky and cosy. You will be transported to the heart of tranquility in England's quietest and undiscovered corner. The lodge sits in the grounds of Chillingham castle estate: historic , eccentric, romantic. Behind us are the majestic Cheviot hills: snow capped in winter, heather purple for summer . Ahead of us, the sandy coastline of our country's most wonderful, wide, yellow sand beaches. As great for surfing as for buckets and spades. At night you'll be blanketed under layers and layers of stars. My Nirvana is yours. Let is hug you

The property is in the grounds of Chillingham Castle, which is where my father lives. You'll find it a fun and eccentric place to visit when you come and stay.

It really is a tiny castle, that lives below a huge castle. Northumberland is a fantastic county with so much to offer: walks, beaches, golfing, biking, riding and much much more.
