Enter the spacious living room with beamed ceilings, a modern L shape sofa, with cosy log burner and inglenook fireplace, and a 32 inch freeview TV and DVD player, and open plan staircase. Here you will also find a variety of Board Games and books, which will keep you and the family entertained.
Straight from here into a bright and airy kitchen with breakfast area, offering everything you need to rustle up delicious meals. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and contains all you may need for a short break or longer holiday. Dish washer, washer dryer, oven and electric hob, fridge with icebox, microwave, cafetiere and plenty of storage space. The rustic dining table lends itself to lovely breakfasts, dinners or sit around and spend some quality family time playing board games.
There are two spacious bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, one consisting of a double bed and one twin with two singles. There is plenty of storage in both bedrooms, lovely furnishings, and anti allergy bedding.
The shower room boasts a corner shower unit along with a sink and WC.
Heading outdoors, there is a spacious fully enclosed enclosed lawned gardens to back and front, with estuary views, and coastal walks from the doorstep. If you are an adventure seeker there is access to the estuary itself, just one field away, for kayaking and paddleboarding.
There is also a firepit for guest to use which can double up as a BBQ, and outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy. This is a perfect rural retreat, yet just 15 minutes drive to the pretty coastal village of Llansteffan.
Other things to note - This property does not accept pets as the farm itself has resident dogs - There is no cot or highchair available in this property - Please be mindful of tides and currents if accessing the river - We unfortunately do not accept contractors working in the local area
