Well located and spacious.

Great apartment, very clean and plenty of space for a variety of dofferent ages. The location was perfect and walking distance for everything in Scarborough and both bays. Fantastic views from the property. The only negative was that the water pressure and temperature consitancy in the 4bedroom apartment was not great and showers were hit and miss. I would still highly recommend as this was a minor item with everything else being great.
