La Casa di Bernard - with pool

La Casa di Bernard is a beautiful apartment located inside a typical Tuscan farmhouse, nestled in the quiet countryside near San Gimignano. It is located on the second floor but has a private garden a few steps from the entrance, where you can certainly enjoy the coolness of summer evenings.

The house is accessed by a flight of stairs and from the entrance hall you enter directly into the large and bright living room, which overlooks the famous towers. From the living room you go to the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. The house also has two rooms, a large double bedroom and a second, somewhat smaller room, which can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. Completing the house is a bathroom with shower, washer and dryer.

In the living room it is possible to convert one of the three sofas, into a sofa bed, to accommodate a fifth person.

The house is part of a small hamlet of about a dozen dwellings, with a communal pool. Each dwelling has its own private pool area provided with umbrellas and deck chairs. The pool is only open during the season from 15 May to the end of September
