Welcome to our spacious attic apartment in the heart of Schlosspark.
The apartment is ideal for short and long-term stays and offers:

The space:
The family-friendly apartment has a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a large crib and a closet with hanger and ironing board.
The spacious living room with two sofa beds and an Ambilight TV invites you for a relaxing stay.
The fully equipped American kitchen offers a fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and toaster. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and wine glasses for all guests. Various cooking utensils, blender, toaster, kettle and a filter coffee machine are also available.
Coffee, tea, salt, sugar and oil are of course provided.
There is also a high chair for guests with families.
The bright bathroom has a bathtub with shower and a washing machine with clothes horse.
Hand and bath towels (1 per person), hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel are of course provided to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Aufenthalt fing katastrophal an. Über Fewo-Direkt übermittelte Zugangsdaten waren schlicht falsch/veraltet, die Beschreibung stimmte nicht, der Zugangscode hat nicht funktioniert, Fewo-Direkt übermittelt keine Kontaktdaten des Vermieters. Nur durch einen Mega-Zufall kamen wir mit einem Mieter des Hauses in Kontakt, der uns half und Kontakt zur Familie des Vermieters herstellen konnte. Dann wurden wir erst belächelt, als ob wir zu doof wären, der Anweisung zu folgen und als wir die hinzugekommene Mutter (?) des Vermieters - die die Türe aufgekriegt hat - baten, es genau auf die über Fewo-Direkt beschriebene Weise zu versuchen, ging gar nichts mehr, die Wohnungstüre ließ sich nicht mehr ver- und entriegeln. Wir hätten die Wohnung nicht mehr verlassen können, da niemand mehr die Türe hätte öffnen können, das elektronische Schloß zeigte stets "falscher Code".Das ganze Haus ist sehr laienhaft renoviert, so auch die Ferienwohnung. Kabel teils offen verlegt. Ausstattung ist überwiegend einfach und die Deko "was halt so übrig bleibt", nichts paßt zusammen. Schade, denn diese Wohnung könnte ein Juwel sein...Leider auch nicht besonders sauber, Spülmaschine mit dreckigem Geschirr des letzten Mieters, vieles verstaubt, Spiegel und Duschwand verkalkt, Toilette dreckig. Es ist aber alles da, die Betten waren sauber und für die wahnsinnige Hellhörigkeit des Hauses war es in der Wohnung selbst erstaunlich ruhig. Gut geschlafen.Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe. Kirche ist laut...

Es war wirklich unser Lieblingsplatz
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und nichts vermisst. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, viele nette Details, die nicht immer selbstverständlich sind.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, doch zentral. Busverbindung in die Innenstadt optimal.
Kommunikation mit Vermieterin war super und schnell.
