The property is about 3 km far from Falcade and the San Pellegrino Ski Area, and is located at the base of a hill, dominated by the picturesque church of Caviola (Madonna della Salute). This can be reached with a short walk up the hill, from there you'll have a wonderful view of the village and a lot of green areas.
THE SPACES:
The apartment is on the ground floor of the building, the rooms are really large. As you enter there is a wide living room with cooking corner and dining area, then there are a double bedroom where there are also a bunk bed and a walk-in closet, a second double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The property does not have private parking, but there are some public parking spaces nearby where you can leave your car.

La volumetria dell’alloggio (notevole lo spazio a disposizione)
Ottenere un parcheggio privato (quello pubblico vicino è sempre occupato da clienti della pizzeria e del bar).
Avere un po’ di verde privato a disposizione (vista la possibilità di ospitare animali, ad un certo costo, sarebbe meglio non dover girare per il paese ed incontrare ad ogni ora decine di altri cani).
