The Space:
The Double or Twin rooms can accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedding can be arranged with 2 twin beds sized at 90x200 cm or a double bed sized at 180x200 cm. There is a private bathroom with a shower. Moreover, the room is equipped with a mini-fridge, safety deposit box, flat-screen TV with international channels and high speed complimentary WiFi. Please note that the rooms in this category do vary in style & size and the photos show a mix of rooms that are included in this category.

The Neighborhood:
Midtown Reykjavik is located in the heart of Reykjavik City at Vegamótastígur 9 from one side and Laugavegur on the other. Laugavegur is the main street of the city, no car is necessary to explore the sights nearby. Short walk to all restaurants, bars, cafés. Please note that parking in the downtown area is not for free, and please have a look at the parking signs.
The worth visiting locations:
- Hallgrimskirkja Church: one of the tallest structures in Iceland, the magnificent 74.5m high church is located in 550m.
- Harpa concert hall: the Crystalline façade inspired by Icelandic scenery is just in 700 m away.
- Sun Voyager, an ode to the Sun, the sculpture designed by Jón Gunnar Árnason can be visited in 1.2 km.
- The historical building, the Culture House is in 250 m.
- Reykjavik's oldest public baths in Iceland, Sundhöllin can be found in 800m .

Located in the heart of downtown, the building is surrounded by lively bars, restaurants, and nightly live music until 11pm from the bar in our building. There may be some nighttime noise, but it’s all part of Reykjavik’s vibrant atmosphere—perfect for those looking to join in the fun!
