A Huge Holiday Home. When SIZE is important.

The Cadwaladr is part of the Play Y Bryn development. All you need for a large gathering of family, friends or indeed business colleagues or wedding guests! All bedrooms can be configured as double or twin. Ideally placed on the edge of Eryri (Snowdonia) National park at the top of the LLyn penninsula and indeed the island of Anglesey so loads to see and do.

Widowed father of two, now university-bound girls. General ball-sport fanatic from Squash, tennis, paddle, pickle you name it. Strange fixation with US sports of both Softball (played for 35 years) and NFL (never played but avidly watch on a Sunday night during the short season. Go Yinzers!

Why they chose this property

The North Wales coast is a haven for holiday-makers with activities galore regardless of the weather (check wales.com and visitwales.co.uk for inspiration) with the glorious combination of both coastline and mountains. This particular spot also adds easy access to both Anglesey and the Lynn peninsula so really in the goldilocks zone!

What makes this property unique

Size size and size. We cater specifically for big groups of family and friends or indeed work collegues. While the properties may not be as quaint and cottagie as some they ARE designed to be easy-care and better suited to the rough and tumble of rambunctious, fun-filled get togethers. On this same line of thought all the bedrooms can be either superking or twin rooms offering huge flexibility in sleeping configurations. Cadwaladr has a bunk room that generally suits kids of a certain age (and some BIG kids too). If you don't fancy a bunk room check out Cad's sister unit, The Bevan.
We also tend to have quite an open -plan approach to the kitchen/dining/lounge/games areas so no-one is ever left out of the action.
