Laureema Villa - Ideal for Disney and Golfing Holidays

This home, is located in the tranquil surroundings of the Aviana Resort which is a gated community and private resort.

The poolside has been extended for extra space around the warm private pool. The luxury patio furniture is ideal for those summer evenings or just relaxing during the day.

Our villa offers approximately 1600 square feet of fully air conditioned flexible living space. It comprises of 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites and 2 twin rooms, each room has a 19 inch flat screen television. There are 2 dining areas, comfortable sofas in the family room.
In the lounge a 57 inch television has been installed. This gives you access to over 300 cable channels via Spectrum plus Roku Channels and a DVD player. You can also plug in your laptop or camcorder if required - some cables supplied. Fast secure wireless internet access is also provided.

The luxurious pool measures 24' x 12' and is fully screened. It also has a child safety fence for your family's protection. The pool can be heated if required at an additional cost per week (recommended between October and May). Heating is included in the Host Fees - request to be removed if not needed

Laureema Villa has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout with colour co-ordination being the main theme. You will find the decor both pleasing and relaxing during your vacation. The whole Villa has an airy feel with the high ceiling family room.

Pool
Laureema Villa's pool receives high levels of sunlight throughout the day but also enjoys relaxing shade during the summer months when the sun can be very strong. The pictures were taken in early November and late May. Additionally for any child's protection there is a removable child fence that will restrict entry to the pool to stop any worries that parents will have around accidents. Each door that opens onto the pool area has an alarm which small children cannot turn off giving extra protection. The surrounding area around the pool deck has been extended so that you will have more space to relax on the sun furniture. Just imagine, when the children are tucked up safe in bed, you can pour your favourite drink and relax in the Spa in the warm evening air.

Games Room
The garage has been converted into a games room for everyone's pleasure. We have installed both an 8 foot slate pool table and a 6 foot Air Hockey table. A bar height table and chairs are supplied for your comfort along with additional fans to keep you cool under the pressure of play.

The Villa is deemed to be self catering however, should you be arriving late and do not want to go out to the Super Market we can offer you a welcome pack which our management company would put in the villa for your arrival. Once you have confirmed your booking you can contact the Management Company direct to arrange what you want up to $30. The nearest super market (Publix) is situated at only 2 minutes drive away.
