Alarm system and safety kit with fire extinguisher are available.

The kitchen is brand new, including all appliances. You will find a fridge-freezer, stove, hoven, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, Kettle, blender, pots and pans, plates and cutlery and other kitchen appliances.

- The nearest beaches include Praia de Alburrica (10 minutes from the apartment). You can also get to the Setúbal and Costa da Caparica beaches in 30 minutes by car.

- North Lisbon (city Center) is only 40m away by car or 1 hour by Public Transport (take a bus to the boat terminal and catch the boat to Terreiro do Paço).

- Free parking is available on the street.

- Families with children are welcome.

- Pets, smoking, parties or business events are not permitted.

- Guests are asked to respect quiet hours during their stay (no noise between 9pm and 9am).

- Please be aware that in general I do not allow pets in the property due to allergy. For special requests please contact me before booking the place.

- In case you need early check-in / late check-out please request beforehand.

- No luggage storage

- It will be necessary to present the identification of each guest, as it is mandatory by law in Portugal to present to the Foreigners and Borders Services in Portugal.

- Baby bed request is placed upon request in advance and with an extra payment of 5€/day to be paid at check-in.
