All the way to the cork screw and blender, this unit has it all. 1 1/2 miles to KSU Football Stadium, this unit is available for anything from nightly to yearly lease. A nice mix of modern and traditional furniture with a wide inventory of necessities and luxury linens for your comfort. Built by innovators in construction in Manhattan, the structure has concrete and insulation in the floors that yield a quietness that's unsurpassed. Right Across from CiCo Park. If this unit is full, check our other Heritage Suites. They are all furnished with the guest in mind with quality furnishings that are whimsical, fun, and interesting. If we've missed something or it's amiss, please let us know so that we can fix or replace it.

A very clean and comfortable stay in Manhattan! We had a small glitch with the door code upon arrival but the host answered and immediately resolved our problem. The apartment lovely and located conveniently near the campus. We will stay here again!

The apartment was great, very spacious. Some minor repairs were needed, but did not affect the quality of our stay. The pool was awesome. Our family really enjoyed our time here.

Heritage Ridge is owned by the family that built it. "Lee Construction" were respected builders and innovators in Manhattan. The walls don't actively touch another apartment and have soundproofing in the ceilings and walls. They are the quietest apartments in Manhattan. Heritage Ridge was designed for an open green space feel and has great access to the whole town. Face it, there's nothing in Manhattan more than 10 minutes away. Across the street is CiCo park. Lots of walking trails, public pool, tennis, skateboarding, baseball, and host to many events including the Riley County Fair, Pumpkin Patch crafts sale, and rodeos.
