The space is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet, cosy, clean and stylish place to stay that offers comfort, cleanliness and space.

Each bedroom is furnished with everything we hope for when we’re a guest; a mix of comforts + practicality.

There is an onsite self-catered kitchen with loads of free-to-use items for break fast, shower and laundry.

Located 3 minutes to the train station with excellent pubs, shops , restaurants, a lovely park + free road parking.

THE PROPERTY

This newly renovated old property has been lovingly brought into the 21st century.

I hope you’ll love the lovely space as much as I do, whilst relaxing and enjoying the modern upgrades + amenities .

You’ll be staying on the ground floor of the house, which you’ll have to yourself. Giving you more space and privacy than you might expect.

THE BEDROOMS
We have three double room with 3 double and one king-size bed and a single room with a double bed installed.

Room 1 is a double room that has a double bed, storage cupboards, a sofa and a desk with a chair.

Room 2 is a double room that has a double bed, storage cupboards, and a desk with a chair.

Room 3 is a double room that has a double bed, storage cupboards, and a desk with a chair.

Room 4 is a single room with a double bed and storage cupboards .
Each room has
• Fresh soft bed linens
• Fresh towels
• Bedside tables and or lamp
• desk and a chair

Practical items I’ve provided include:
• wardrobe
• chest of drawers


THE BATHROOM
The main bathroom is upstairs the bedroom on the first floor of the house.

It features:
• separate large shower enclosure with a waterfall shower head
• sink
• toilet

We provide standard shower gel and a basket of miniature toiletries that you’re welcome to use if you’ve forgotten anything.

The kitchen has basic cooking items like pots, pans, oil, salt and paper.

Tea, hot chocolate, and coffee is provided free.They will be space on the top shelf of the fridge if you have anything you want to store.

DINNER
If you order take away, please feel free to use the dining table in the kitchen area. Plates, bowls and cutlery will be on hand if you need them.

PATIO/GARDEN
The patio has a variety of seating areas which you’re welcome to enjoy. If you’re a smoker please only smoke outside.

LAUNDRY
There is an on-site laundry with access to an iron and ironing board should you need it.

We also provide Laundry, ironing, amendments and drycleaning services to guests at a fee
