The main bedroom boasts a private en-suite bathroom, offering our guests privacy and convenience.

Just down the corridor, you'll discover the main bathroom, where a full-size bathtub invites you to unwind after a busy day of Dublin sightseeing. Plush towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries will be ready for your use, making your stay as hassle-free as possible.

Step into the expansive living room, where comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and tasteful décor create a welcoming space to relax or entertain. You'll love the natural light that pours in from the balcony doors, illuminating the room during the day.

The living room flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen. In the North West of Dublin City, Ashtown provides a peaceful, suburban ambience that contrasts beautifully with the city's bustling centre. The neighbourhood is primarily residential, featuring a mix of modern apartments and traditional houses, creating an atmosphere that is both contemporary and nostalgically Irish.

One of Ashtown's main attractions is Phoenix Park, one of the largest city parks in Europe, which is practically on your doorstep. It's a perfect place to explore, whether you prefer a leisurely walk, a morning jog, or a cycling tour. Don't forget to visit the Dublin Zoo within the park for a fun-filled day with the family.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Ashtown Train Station (Green Line), is just a 8-minute walk.

Dublin Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
