Flooded with natural light and surrounded by extensive green spaces for the enjoyment of our guests, this dwelling offers a spacious social terrace, 2 suites and 1 bedroom, 3 complete bathrooms and a large shared swimming pool, making it perfect for a family holiday or groups of friends ranging between 4 and 8 people.

Be inspired by enjoying your meals in harmony with nature while observing the native plants and surrounding pine trees reflected in the crystal-clear pool waters, bringing you an oasis of vegetation amidst the surrounding dunes.



Enjoy a unique location, packed with alternatives at your disposal. Explore deserted beaches or the most coveted ones. Go hiking, cycling or play golf or tennis matches. Spend late afternoons relaxing by the pool or in iconic beach clubs. Plan dinners at restaurants in the Tróia Marina in various spaces in the villages of Comporta and Carvalhal. Visit shops and cafés, on foot or just a few minutes by car. Everything is just minutes away, allowing our guests to enjoy a stay as relaxing or vibrant as they wish.

This Atlantic Villa, with approximately 200m2, is structured on the lower floor with a living room with a fireplace and dining table that invite socialising indoors and direct access to the exterior where living and dining spaces are repeated. It has a fully equipped kitchen, an office/bedroom with a sofa bed for two and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are two spacious suites and a desk. The main suite has a king-size bed, digital TV, closet, bathroom with shower and hydromassage bathtub, as well as a balcony with space to enjoy the view of the pool and the typical trees of the region. The second suite offers two single beds, wardrobes and a bathroom with a shower.



Transport options on site include walking, cycling, driving or boat trips. There is private parking for 2 guest vehicles and parking for additional vehicles in the surrounding area.



The travel options include driving along the A2 through Alcácer do Sal - Comporta - Troia, taking the A2 to Setúbal and then the ferry, using public transport on the same routes, or walking by catamaran from Setúbal.



We are incredibly flexible and our interaction with guests will be adapted to their wishes or requests. Whether you prefer minimal contact for check-in/check-out or daily interactions, we are here to accommodate you. We offer various additional services, such as cleaning, transfers, babysitting, chef services, tourist trip organisation, among others.
