A fresh and very nice semi-detached house in a bright, modern style with a cosy, homely feel. <br>You’ll find an open living room with a dining area, kitchen island, and sofa set. On the upper level, there are three bedrooms with a total of 10 sleeping spots. In addition to these sleeping arrangements, you can use the sofa bed in the living room, a travel cot, and a tent bed. The glass-enclosed sunroom, complete with a sofa set and dining area, is just as cosy at breakfast as it is when the sun sets behind the trees. The rear yard is secluded, with lush greenery and a small sun deck.<br><br>Entryway <br>A bright, open entryway with plenty of storage space for your shoes and jackets. <br><br>Laundry Room <br>Adjacent to the entryway is the laundry room, equipped with a sink and a washing machine. <br><br>Bathroom 1 <br>Toilet and shower area with tiled walls, equipped with a ceiling-mounted showerhead. <br><br>Kitchen<br>A well-equipped kitchenette with both cooking and serving utensils. A coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and air fryer are just a few of the amenities included here. Dishwasher included! <br><br>Living room and dining area <br>The living room opens directly off the hallway from the entryway and features a TV nook, a large dining table with room for the whole group, and a kitchen island. It features a dining area and a sofa nook that’s also perfect for enjoying dinner. NOTE! Photos coming soon. <br><br>Bathroom 2 <br>A spacious bathroom with a toilet and shower area. Tiled and equipped with a ceiling-mounted showerhead. <br><br>Bedroom 1 <br>Here you’ll sleep soundly in a continental bed (180) and have access to both a closet and a mirror, as well as a bunk bed with two sleeping spots. NOTE! New photos showing the correct beds in place will be added soon. <br><br>Bedroom 2 <br>Here, too, you’ll sleep soundly in a continental bed (180), and there’s a bunk bed with two sleeping spots. The room has a closet and a mirror. NOTE! New photos showing the correct beds in place will be added soon. <br><br>Bedroom 3 <br>You’ll sleep very comfortably here too in a double bed (180) with a memory foam mattress! This is the smallest of the bedrooms and is perhaps best suited for couples without children or for older children who want a little space of their own. The room features a chest of drawers for your clothes and a mirror.
