Artemis Villa is a tw0 floor structure of ample living space, decorated with a unique style and high quality furniture that can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with a large swimming pool, parasols, sunbeds and BBQ, that make it ideal for couples, families and groups of friends alike. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms with large double beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds. The property features a large open plan living room with 2 comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. There is a fully equipped kitchen designed for the needs of modern travelers, with dining table, large fridge, oven, microwave, water boiler and filter coffee maker. The property has 2 bathrooms on the first floor and 1 bathroom on the ground floor with a shower. The bathrooms are equipped with toiletries and hairdryers. The property also has a laundry room with a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property.
* The pool doesn't provide heated system from the period 20/06-15/09 duo to the warm weather.
Artemis Villa is located 4 km from Kolympia Village. In the village center you will find shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. 7 Springs is a great holiday location, since it is in the middle of the island, between Rhodes town (25km) and Lindos Village (26 km). Tsampika beach, which is considered to be the best sandy beach in Rhodes, is only 5 minutes away by car. One of the most charming locations in Rhodes, the Seven Springs forest is only 1km away. This place of unique natural beauty has many scattered fresh water springs, the streams of which meet in a small lake. You can get to the lake walking through a narrow tunnel of 186m. The lake was formed thanks to a dam built by the Italians, in order to provide the nearby Kolymbia with fresh water. The area of Seven Springs and the nearby forests are suitable for hiking.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:

• From 01/04 to 31/10: 15€ per night
• From 01/11 to 31/03: 4€ per night
