Disappointed!!!!!!!!
We arrived to check in and first we were given wrong code Had to track down someone who knew host to get correct code. The house had not been cleaned not only inside but outside is not maintained well at all. Wasp nests everywhere, even right at front door. Could be a decent place if maintained. Again we had to track down host to get cleaners there. We returned later and cleaners had arrived and they told us house had no water. They were cleaning this dirty house without water!!!!
The host got a guy to come out and still by 9:00pm there was no water!!
He said he would cancel for the night. He would try to get water by the next day 1:00 pm next day still no water. Of course at this point we asked host to cancel entire contract which we felt a host would be responsible to do. We had rented this place for granddaughters wedding. This disrupted everyone’s plans The host could have cared less!!!
Now a week later host has not refunded money Very unresponsive host. Didn’t even apologize for what happened.
Very disappointing that VRBO keeps hosts like this!!!!
Will never again rent from this site !!!!
