Beautiful period home close to the city centre and attractions.
Perfect quiet location and easy walk into town for all the restaurants, sights and shopping you could ever want.
The house is fully equipped with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with quality bedding, smart TV in the lounge along with comfortable seating and a dining area.
You will find a range of books and games for both adults and children, just in case there are some rainy days when you feel like having a cozy stay-in day.
The amazing Roman Baths are close by, and River Avon is a short walk away.
Royal Victoria Park is a large peaceful park and playground right across the road from the house, complete with Botanical Gardens and fishpond. The park boasts a summer beach bar, crazy golf and regular hot-air ballooning events, whilst in winter an ice-rink and log tavern offer daytime excitement and relaxed evenings.
A picturesque walk through the park, with the iconic Royal Crescent as a backdrop will bring you into the city centre, where you’ll find cultural and sporting attractions, shopping and plenty of restaurants and bars.
This is a great house for friends and family to get together and provides the perfect base to explore all that Bath and the surrounding countryside has to offer.

There is Tesco Local within a short walk; The Victoria pub and restaurant, and Picnic in The Park are great for breakfast, both within a 2 minute walk. Indian pizza company is a 5 minute walk. If you walk over the park you will find all the restaurants Bath has to offer
