VISITING BRISTOL?
A great pick for those working in or exploring Bristol for a change of scenery!
The Bath Spa to Bristol Temple Meads train ride is just 15 mins & a 7 min walk to the station.
LAYOUT
Enter via a shared entrance, the property can be found easily on the ground floor, with one small step into the building. You'll find a bright open plan kitchen and lounge space, a clean fresh bathroom and cosy double bedroom.
KITCHEN
The modern kitchen is clean and well equipped.
Start your day with a complimentary coffee from the dulce gusto machine (milk & pods provided) or a cup of tea (herbal available).
Planning to 'cook at home'? You have an oven, grill, hob, fridge and microwave available - plus a dishwater, who wants to wash up when they’re away!
PS - check the fridge for a little welcome gift! Let us know if you’d prefer an alternative to alcohol.
LOUNGE
A lovely bright room with a large window from which you can see Bath Abbey!
Enjoy a chilled evening listen to something on the Bluetooth speaker, cosy down with a book from the complete Jane Austen collection or with relax in front of the smart TV with a complimentary hot chocolate and Netflix access.
Please note, the lounge window is secured to stop full opening to avoid falls.
BATHROOM
Enjoy a lovely soak in the large bath after a long day exploring.
Wake up fresh with the strong rainfall shower, grab some complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel if needed and wrap up in a warm fluffy towel.
BEDROOM
Sink into the comfy King bed with new eve mattress and firm pillows.
Need to work? You’ll have a dedicated desk, laptop stand, office chair and fast reliable WiFi access.
Not working? Use the desk, light up vanity mirror and hairdryer to get ready for your day / night ahead!
NOISE
Being centrally located close to a road and the train line there will be some background noise.
Previous guests suggest it’s not disturbing and minimal with the double glazing, but just incase we'll leave some ear plugs for our lighter sleeping guests.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
As well as being so close to main Bath attractions, just a 12 min walk the other way you’ll find Alexandra Park offering gorgeous views across Bath.
Southgate shopping centre is just a few minutes walk, as is the local Sainsburys should you need supplies or pastries for your morning coffee!
CHILDREN
The property is set up for two guests in one double bed.
Should you wish for a travel cot or a put up single bed please let us know in advance.
A travel cot and put up bed is NOT stored at the property or available unless requested in advance at the time of booking.
TRAVEL
Free parking in Bath as with many city centres is hard to come by. The property does however offer a great option for drop off and pick up. You can park right outside for an hour to allow you time to get settled or set off. Be sure to double check the signage on arrival.
There are an abundance of public car parks just a few minutes walk away.
We are also just a stones throw away from the train and bus station and bus stops from the park and ride.

Built in the late C18 and early C19 this apartment is a survivor of the southern expansion of the city, standing strong to its neighbours who were badly damaged and destroyed by a bomb in 1942 then extensively rebuilt!
