Very beautiful luxury villa, located 6 km from downtown Porto-Vecchio on the Arena estate. The Arena domain is a 40 hectare olive grove crossed by a shaded river. Villa entirely in granite stones with an area of 240 square meters air conditioned. It consists of 4 large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, living and dining room with American kitchen. This house has a private swimming pool surrounded by an IPE wooden beach of approximately 100 m2. The terrace is equipped with: an outdoor lounge, table and chairs for the dining area and deckchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, plates, cutlery, glasses, complete cookware. The living room: sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, fireplace. the bedrooms: bathroom with WC, 160 bed, large dressing room, and flat screen TV in each bedroom. Linen: sheets and towels are provided. A room serving as a storage room with ironing board, steam iron, and washing machine.

Très belle propriété proche de Porto Vecchio

Pour ceux qui recherchent le calme non loin des activités, cette maison est idéale. Le propriétaire est disponible au téléphone quand nécessaire, Bruno qui s’occupe de la propriété est très sympa et de bon conseil. Il a été très réactif à toutes nos demandes. Seul bémol : la terrasse en bois autour de la piscine demande une rénovation complète et n’est pas digne d’une villa de ce prix. A noter : Notre chien pouvait rester en liberté en toute sécurité. Il y a un cheval qui se promène mais il est habitué et pas agressif avec les chiens.

Très belle maison au calme

La maison avec son terrain et sa piscine est très jolie. Vous avez l’impression d’être seuls au monde. Le revers c’est qu’elle est un peu éloignée de tout (15min de Porto vecchio, 25/30min des plages).

Située a 10 minutes de porto vecchio dans une vaste oliveraie cette vaste maison est très dépaysante, reposante. A noter un joli cheval se promène sur la vaste propriété La maison dispose de 4 grandes chambres, d'une très bonne literie et d'une grande salle de séjour cuisine. Nos hotes ont été attentifs durant tout le séjour. La maison est proche des centres commerciaux et bien située pour accéder aux différentes plages a 20 minutes A noter aussi une climatisation efficace et silencieuse !!

Nous avons passé 2 étés magiques dans cette propriété, la villa est superbe et l'environnement paisible et reposant, loin de l'agitation de Porto Vecchio mais à 5mn en voiture. L'impression d'être seul au monde en compagnie des cigales... Chambres immenses, belle pièce de vie... tout est fait pour se sentir bien : allez y les yeux fermés !
