My wife stayed at this property just recently whilst she was a judge at the Cannes Festival of Creativity. She felt it was an excellent apartment, ideal location to the Palace of Festivals and Congresses of Cannes. It was a very safe location, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was in great condition, with all appliances working perfectly. The air con was a treat in such hot weather. The owner was also very helpful and professional and communicated well. Overall I would highly recommend it!

Walking distance to downtown but no view

The property was as advertised, and although not a picturesque area, it was possible to walk most places. The concierge was not helpful when I arrived. Directions required me to download a PDF which I found hard to do. Without internet, it would be most difficult. Eventually I found it, but it was quite stressful. I would prefer if someone met me there, like happens at other locations.

A relatively spacious unit is functional, clean, modernly decorated, within a walking distance from everything (sea, train station, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc.) & comes with a parking space (which is @ premium). The parking has some restrictions & the door bell could had been working. The laundry doesn't have a light & is missing a dryer (other than a rope outside). The unit doesn't have a safe.

Bella vacanza

Disponibilità e accoglienza dell’incaricato. L’appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, comodo e spazioso con tutto ciò che serve. Unica pecca il posto auto non adatto aduna qualsiasi auto poco più grande di un’utilità dia pena grande rischio di trovarsi qualche ammaccatura dei vicini in manovra per uscire. Noi l’abbiamo parcheggiata nelle vie intorno anche se con diverse difficolta. La croisette, il centro e la spiaggia di Cannes raggiungibili a piedi in 20/25 minuti. Pulman e servizi vicini, anche se la baguette più buona io l’ho trovata alla boulangerie Boutigny … vicino al centro. Dall’esterno l’edificio lascia un po’ perplessi ma all’interno veramente gradevole e con l’essenziale per cucinare e mangiare a casa in modo semplice. Mancava però la macchinetta del caffè. Erano presenti le cialde forse in riparazione? Nulla di grave in rue Maynard da Lollo caffè potrete gustarvi a 1 euro un ottimo caffè italiano in caso di astinenza. Buon soggiorno a tutti.

Logement tout confort

Logement tout confort (très propre, climatisé, bonne literie) à 20-25mn à pied de la Croisette, très bonne communication avec les propriétaires et la personne qui nous a donnés les clés. Nous aurions juste apprécié d'avoir un deuxième jeu de clés étant 2 personnes pour 2 chambres.

Appartement très propre, fidèle à l’annonce

L’appartement est très spacieux, Fidèle a l’annonce. Tout est pensé pour passé un agréable séjour. Nous sommes seul dans un petit immeuble ce qui est vraiment génial. La machine à lavé est un réel + pour les serviettes de plages maillots de bain etc. Beaucoup de serviettes sont mise à dispo ce qui est aussi réellement un avantage. Petit - pour la place de parking qui est étroite pour que les autres voitures du parking puissent se garer … il ne faut pas une grosse voiture ! Et la plage annoncé a 15 minutes à pieds est finalement a 28 minutes. Ce qui m’a valu 1 heure de marche tout les jours enceinte de 6 mois avec mon fils de 5 ans mais au moins j’ai pas grossi lol Un +++++++ pour la Clim Merci pour tout

Séjour à Cannes

L'appartement est confortable avec un équipement simple, à proximité du centre ville qui est un plus. Petit bémol les chambres se situe sur la route principale, cela est pour nous un inconvénient du au bruit, le parking de la résidence un emplacement défavorable pour une entrée et sortie sans difficulté. Sinon nous avons passés un bon séjour.

Séjour Aôut 2020, En famille nous avons passé un agréable séjour d'une semaine dans cet appartement qui est conforme aux photos sur l'annonce. appartement très propre et un accueil très arrangeant du gestionnaire du bien . Le + est le parking + la configuration de l'appartement sans voisin direct .
