The whole family or group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home on a quiet residential street with an abundance of space to provide a means to accommodate to everyone. Offering a light and welcoming open-plan lounge/dining area which features white marble flooring that includes underfloor heating throughout, ideal for relaxing a sit down dinner, gatherings or group activities. Entertainment and relaxation are provided for in the living area. The newly installed kitchen features all the essential appliances needed as well as a large breakfast bar and seating area, integrated fridge/freezer and lots of space for storing your food. Both the kitchen and the dining area provide convenient access to the partially decked and paved rear garden where you will find an outdoor seating area, refuse bin and access to the annex, the home of the games room.The games room features a t.v, dart board, pool table, table tennis, work desk, loaded bookshelves, mini fridge, sink basin, counter top area and on-suit bathroom. The first floor features 1 bathroom, finished with warm brown marble tiles, waterfall shower and deep bath; 2 large double rooms both with space for hanging clothes and a single room with a vanity and storage unit. The second floor holds a spacious loft bedroom with amazing views across London, (breathtaking at night) a double bed, desk, space for clothing & plenty of extra room.

The games room, and how spacious the rooms were, how each key was labelled so we knew what key belonged to which door. And the host was very nice, patient and welcoming

Great but not excellent.

The place was great and the game room was great, however the sink was clogged and we struggled with the heating but there were space heaters. The communication was not great and you have to follow up quite often, but overall the stay was good.

When we arrived the host gave us the wrong building number. They gave us number 2, instead of number 4. The second bathroom was in a different building called the game room. This was not stated in the description. The second bathroom was very small, about the size of an airplane bathroom. The second bathroom had not been cleaned. The hot water did not work in the second bathroom. The heat in house went out twice during our stay. The first time, the host sent instructions on how to restart the boiler. It went a second time because the debit card used to pay for gas ran out of money. It took several hours to replace the debit card and get heat. One of the host employees stated that it was our fault because we used too much heat.

This place is a great spot to discover the city from. Home to the London Olympics 2012, Stratford City is a short walk away.

The nearest station is Maryland, operated by the new Elizabeth line with quick, easy access to Central London. There are excellent transport links into central London! There is lots to see on our doorstep… And isn't the area lovely?

We enjoy, long walks and bike ride which this place is perfect for.
