Perfectly located in the middle of this stunning island, just 25 mins away from Corfu town & the airport & 10 mins from Gouvia, it fulfils your expectations for unforgettable holidays.

The Villa is perfect for your dream getaway & comfortable for a big family or group - 4 double bedrooms, 2 extra spaces in the living room, (potentially up to 10 people), 2 bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet) with a large outdoor pool, all essentials incl. With stunning hill views & a big garden.
The villa consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a downstairs toilet, an open plan kitchen/dining area with a large sofa bed, a large private swimming pool, an outdoor dining area, a patio, a large terrace, surrounded by olive and native trees, with a private car parking space and entrance.

It's equipped with all essentials from a large fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher to pots & pans and cooking essentials like spices, salt & pepper. Fresh bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided and the villa is cleaned spotlessly before each arrival.

Poulades is a quiet, residential area dotted with private villas and stunning hill views, a stone's throw away from the main beaches and sightseeing areas such as Gouvia, Glyfada, Kaiser's Throne, Pelekas, Paliokastristsa beach, Mirtiotitsa beach, Corfu town, etc.
The guests will have access to the whole villa exclusively to enjoy in complete privacy.

It offers everything you need for a perfect holiday and I'm happy to share my best recommendations for a truly memorable holiday.

What makes this property unique

My villa is perfectly situated right in the middle of this stunning island with easy access to all parts of Corfu. It is spacious with 4 large double bedrooms with a potential 2 or 3 more guests staying in the lounge (not many properties can accommodate large groups). It has a large swimming pool perfect for lounging and relaxing if you just want to spend a few days with your family and friends. A big dining area outside and a large relaxing sitting area to hang out are great for everyone to enjoy the villa, pool and your holiday together with your friends and family.
