Al centro di Castellammare di Stabia , in un condominio signorile ,delizioso bilocale posto al terzo piano servito da ascensore e dotato di tutti i confort , può ospitare 4 persone. La posizione è strategica ,si trova a pochi passi dal lungomare dove si trovano Bar per fare ottimi aperitivi guardando il tramonto ,e ristoranti/pub per degustare prelibatezze del posto sotto un cielo coperto di stelle .Inoltre di giorno si può ammirare in lontananza Ischia e il golfo di Napoli ,e dal porto si può raggiungere Capri con il traghetto. L'appartamento dista 150 m dalla Stazione ferroviaria della Circumvesuviana (Via Nocera) con la quale si possono raggiungere località come Sorrento e gli Scavi Archeologici di Pompei ed Ercolano , e 150 m dalla Stazione ferroviaria Trenitalia con la quale è possibile raggiungere Napoli e Portici (museo Pietrarsa) , inoltre 800 m dalla funivia per visitare Monte Faito. Nei pressi c'è un supermercato aperto dalle ore 8,00 alle ore 22,00 , e un parcheggio privato sotterraneo a pagamento
