Life In PI - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath 2nd Floor Condo in Pawleys Plantation

Our 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is within the gated community of Pawleys Plantation, over looking the 10th tee box of the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course.

Come and relax on our screened porch while you plan your vacation time which might include a trip to Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington State Park or any of the 3 beautiful beaches all within a 20 minute drive. Choose from a great selection of restaurants, shopping, fishing areas and water sports. The seafood capital of SC is also within a 20 minute drive or maybe you'll choose to visit Myrtle Beach or historic Georgetown! We invite you to see all that Pawleys Island has to offer.

Our amenities include dishwasher, microwave, cable, wifi, washer/dryer, central air, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, living room and porch. There is a wet bar off the dining room and an electric fireplace in the living room for chilly evenings.

Our condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a screened porch. In addition there are 2 rocking chairs outside the front door on the plantation style porch for relaxing. The pool is a 3 minute walk and there is a pub for a quick bite to eat just down the block.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash and put away any dishes used. Please empty all of the trash cans including bed and bathrooms. Please leave any beds you used unmade and leave used towels on the towel racks.
We ask that you wash any beach chairs and other used items in the front bedroom closet after you use them. We also ask that you wash any beach towels and return them to the cabinet before you leave.
Please remember to return the Huntington Pass and the Pool key to the hooks by the door as there is a $200 charge for replacing them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pawleys Plantation does not allow motorcycles within the community. You are welcome to park your bike at the entrance by the guard shack.

Mary is an excellent host! We had a hiccup when we first arrived and she went above and beyond to make it right. The condo is so comfortable. We enjoyed watching golfers play #10. Being walking distance to the clubhouse and restaurant is a bonus. The food there is great! We love the area and when we go back, we will plan to stay at Life in PI.

Well appointed and spotless with easy access to all Pawleys Plantation has to offer. Only a few minutes from the pool, clubhouse, golf course and practice facility. Mary was a helpful and gracious host highly recommended.

The 2 bedroom condo “Life in PI” was exactly as listed. I loved the porch overlooking the golf course and seeing the golfers each morning. Only a short 10 minute drive to the beach! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay near the beach.

Family Week at Pawleys

We’ve been coming as a family to Pawleys Island for over forty years. We have always stayed in the same house. This year we rented a beach house for “young folks” and grandchildren plus Mary’s Condo for the grandparents. So we had the best of both worlds ! Great vacation week !

We had a wonderful stay! The host allowed us an early check in on short notice. The condo was very comfortable with plenty of room for 4 adults. We enjoyed the screened in balcony every day. The pass to Huntington State Park and beach chairs made it a wonderful beach vacation.

This condo was !just as described and had everything we needed. The location is central to Pawleys Island and in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was clean and well decorated. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers and everyone was comfortable. Will plan to stay here again

Great Pawleys Island getaway

This was a very nice townhouse in a very quiet area. It was clean and well equiped. Perfect for my brother and me and our spouses. The neighbors were very friendly. It was close to everything in Pawleys Island and not far from Myrtle Beach.

Nice condo in Pawleys Island

We found this condo to be nicely decorated and comfortable for our stay in Pawleys Island. The beach chairs, umbrella, and other accessories were a nice bonus! Mary was wonderful to rent from, she’s very responsive to any questions that arise. The Pawleys Island area was so nice to explore & is absolutely beautiful!!
