Direkt am Wasser mit klasse Aussicht auf den See !Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.Trotzdem erwarte ich in dieser Preisklasse eine gereinigte Wohnung !Ohne viele Spinnweben und zerschlissene Handtücher sind weniger auch nicht schön !Das man erst nach 3 Anrufen erfährt, das die Schlüsselbox defekt ist war ebenfalls ärgerlich !

Gleichzeitig bedauern wir, dass die Sauberkeit und der Zustand einiger Handtücher nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Ihre Hinweise zu den Spinnweben und den Handtüchern nehmen wir sehr ernst und haben diese bereits an unser Reinigungsteam weitergegeben, um unseren Qualitätsstandard weiter zu verbessern. Auch die Unannehmlichkeiten bei der Schlüsselübergabe aufgrund der defekten Schlüsselbox und die verspätete Information darüber bedauern wir sehr.
