Wonderful traditional stone farmhouse located in a quiet countryside area of Scicli, a few minutes from the historic baroque city and close to the beautiful sandy beaches of Sampieri, surrounded by typical Sicilian countryside with olive and carob groves and sea view.
Villa Sun offers a large open space living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen and island, two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a lovely mezzanine with sofa bed, TV area and guest bathroom. Entirely furnished in a modern and tasteful style, Villa Sun offers total comfort to guests.
The outdoor spaces include a large covered veranda with original stone flooring, a large swimming pool (10 m x 5 m x 1.50 m) with children's area and solarium. Independent external bathroom with showers, barbecue area, large garden and parking.
