Be away from this place. I would like to emphasize the considerable inconvenience caused. The actual property owner took the key from the check-in lockbox, during the reservation (2nd day) leaving all our luggage and important documents, including our, retained inside. After intense discussions, explanations, and unfortunate circumstances, it was only after five hours that he agreed to return the key—solely so we could retrieve our belongings and documents. He then expelled us from the apartment and did not allow us to stay for the remainder of the reservation. The owner claimed that the reservation was unauthorized, as it had been made by the tenant of the property without his consent.
