About this property
Ty Bach - sleeps 2 guests in 1 bedroom
Ty Bach is situated in the middle of Llanberis in Snowdonia. It's a carefully renovated one-bedroomed terrace cottage that is full of character and creature comforts. Very close to two of the main lakes in the national park, it offers great walks and a wide range of other outdoor activities in the area.
Ground Floor
Living Room
A traditional stone fireplace features a wood-burning stove, a comfortable sofa and armchair and a smart TV. At the other end of the room is a dining table.
Kitchen
A modern shaker-style kitchen offering ample space to prepare meals, with a Belfast sink, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a small breakfast table.
First Floor
Bedroom, en-suite
A double bed with en-suite shower room and WC.
Outside
There is a small yard at the back of the house in which to soak up the evening sun, with a charcoal BBQ and plenty of room for storing bicycles.
The Local Area
Looking across to Dinorwig slate quarry, Ty Bach really is in the heart of Snowdonia and the gateway to Snowdon itself. If walking up the mountain is seen as too demanding, take the Snowdon Mountain Railway to the top and enjoy the stunning views. There are fabulous circular walks around Llyn Padarn lake, with the famous National Slate Museum nearby. And Llanberis itself has some great restaurants and cafes. Or take a short drive to the pretty village of Beddgelert through stunning mountain scenery. And there is always the option to head further afield to the stunning beaches of Anglesey or the Llyn Peninsula.
