Stay in delightfully peaceful surroundings just a 15-minute walk from the shores of Lake Lugano!
On the first floor, this one-bedroom apartment is your perfect home away from home. From the apartments’ convenient location, almost everything is within convenient walking distance for you to enjoy; funicular to Monte Bre, parks, the lakeshore, just about everything is a few minutes’ walk from the rental.
The holiday apartment is also the perfect base for relaxing year-round and enjoying a Lugano vacation. It offers wonderful views over the city and mountains and has a sun-washed location and open-air dining to complement a relaxing stay. Internally, the apartment features a window-side study area alongside an open living room and wonderful indoor dining, with plenty of natural streaming in. This room also has a large SMART TV and a large L-shaped sofa to kick back and relax!
To round up a wholesome vacation, the rental has a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, food processor and oven, among other utilities.
The apartment is an ideal, budget-friendly choice for remote workers and long stays.
