Gabriella's property fully lived up to our expectations. The appartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. Plenty of outside space too. Our host was most welcoming and really helpful. A splendid place to stay. Highly recommended.

Wonderful vacation in San Felice Circeo, at Gabriella's house

We enjoyed a week of vacation with everything we needed for 2 + 2 inside the apartment, surrounded by a wonderful garden and with great views on the see from the terrace. Gabriella gave us the best advice on how to reach other sights of interest up to Pompei or at the nearby locations and famous beaches. Thank you Gabriella and hope to see you again!

Gabriella was very friendly, welcoming and helpful😊 Thank you! The property was spacious, spotlessly clean, fabulous views and fitted with mosquito nets (very necessary). The garden was beautiful, great location. We found the beaches expensive for a family of 5 (5€ minimum per parasol or sunbed, even for half a day). Better to find a free public beach and go at the end of the afternoon when it’s not so hot. If you like visiting Roman ruins, this is the place for you! Terracina old town is worthy of an evening visit especially. We also liked Nettuno. For visits to Rome we drove to Aprilia & got the train in. This is definitely a place to come for a great holiday.

Great apartment and great destination!

We spent one week in San Felice Circeo in June 2018 and really liked this place. Great beaches (especially the 30 km long one between San Felice Circeo and Sabaudia), a lovely old town and a harbor with restaurants and ferries. Not too many tourists. We took the speed boat to Ponza one day where we rented a boat of our own. Such a fantastic island! Do not miss to go here! The apartment is very clean, very nice, and with a fantastic garden as well as a terrace with a sea view. The villa is situated 10-15 min from the closest beach, 10-15 minutes from old town and 10-15 minutes from shopping street with shops and restaurants. Gabriella, the owner, is very friendly and helpful and speaks great English. We really appreciated the fact that Gabriella has prepared for our arrival with leaving some toilet and kitchen paper, soap etc for us and even prepared cold drinks in the fridge and some snacks! Thanks a lot Gabriella , we really appreciated this after spending the whole day on airplane and in the car!

Haus mit Garten, Aussicht und einer wunderbaren Gastgeberin

Den Aufenthalt in diesem Anwesen haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gross und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Gabriella, die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit, offen, unterstützend und freundlich. Die Altstadt von San Felice Circeo ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Städchen ist hübsch und bietet Ferienstimmung. Das Meer ist zu Fuss in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar, Einkaufsgeschäfte ebenfalls. Wir können einen Aufenthalt im Haus von Gabriella nur empfehlen.

Un'accoglienza eccellente!

La casa di Gabriella e' in posizone "strategica" - vicina al centro storico con la bellissima vista mare e sul promontorio di Circeo, ma anche vicina a tutti i servizi, porto e bellissime spiagge! E' una casa comoda, ben attrezzata e pulitissima. Gabriella ci ha offerto un'ospitalita' eccezionale e simpatia immediata. Siamo felicissimi di questa vacanza e sicuramente torneremo presto.

Tutto perfetto

La casa è molto bella e spaziosa, l'area cortiliva e lo spazio sotto il portico perfetti per relax e colazioni con una vista meravigliosa. Anche la posizione è comoda per chi è in macchina (e si può parcheggiare all'interno della proprietà) e permette con una passeggiata di raggiungere il centro di San Felice. Tutto perfetto: posto e ospitalità di Gabriella! Lo consiglio vivamente!

Wunderschöner Urlaub bei Gabriella

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, sauber, ausreichend Platz für für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Gabriella ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Wohnt in der oberen Etage aber ist beinahe unsichtbar. Sehr schöner Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer und die Altstadt. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer, perfekt für Kinder, flacher Zugang zum Meer, sehr sauber und überall tolle Spielplätze für Kinder. Sehr schöne Altstadt, 10 Minuten zu Fuß, auch alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Haben es sehr genossen, dass es nicht so touristisch war und wir inmitten der Einheimischen gewohnt haben. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank Gabriella :)

Casa molto accogliente, spaziosa e curata nei minimi particolari, arricchita di fiori , dondolo ed una splendida veranda. Zona con vista meravigliosa e molto rilassante, comoda alla spiaggia e al centro storico. Settimana direi perfetta!

Fin lägenhet med promenadavstånd till stranden, gamla stan och ”nya stan”. Väldigt trevlig fastighetsägare som tipsade om utflykter och bra restauranger. Fin uteplats med utsikt över havet där vi åt frukost varje dag. Jättefin trädgård med blommor, solstolar, hammock.

Ein tolles Haus!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, mittendrin im ruhigen Gebiet, ca 15 min. Gehweg zum Meer und 10 min. vom alten Stadtkern entfernt. Die Hausherrin Gabriela ist zuvorkommend, super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus reicht für die ganze Familie (3 Schlafzummer +). Wir haben dort fast zwei Wochen verbracht und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Perfect location to get away from it all

We stayed for 2 weeks in this idyllic location overlooking the sea. The property was very well kept, clean and tastefully furnished. There were 6 of us in total and the 3 rooms & 2 bathrooms accommodated us well. The table for 6 overlooking the bay was well used. Access to the sea, shops & restaurants were within walking distance as well as the 'old town' higher up. The local area had an array of interest and Rome is also practical for a 'day trip'. Gabriella was the perfect host and we would certainly recommend her and her property as a great holiday destination to truly relax. The Morphew Family August 2018.

La casa è conforme alla descrizione, pulita ed ha tutto ciò che serve. Noi eravamo 6 persone (due coppie con figlio) perfetti i due bagni, consentono di velocizzare notevolmente le docce serali. Bellissima la veranda con veduta mare. Disponibile e perfetta padrona di casa la signora Gabriella . Posto consigliato , tornerei subito Marco Ciomei

Excellent property to enjoy sea , nature and culture of this area . Attentive host and well equiped

An amazing way to experience all that San Felive Circeo has to offer ,for me and my family. We needed a brake from the hustle and bustle of city life and touring and found it here with Gabriella as our host . This is a hidden gem and I hope we can return again as we still have more to explore . My grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed this vacation , and we all had a great time . So many good restaurants to savour but also the option to eat at home enjoying the delicacies of this region . Grazie per una bellissima vacanza . Galligani dall' Australia .

Great holiday, beautiful villa!

We visited this area for a family wedding. The villa is beautiful, clean and spacious with amazing views over the coast to Terracina which we visited on a short bus ride. More views over the mountains and the ancient town. The main town, the beautiful ancient town and the beach are all within easy walking distance. Gabriella was a fantastic and friendly host advising us on things to do in the area and assisting us with taxis for the wedding etc. Lovely garden with lots of seating areas to sit and relax and take in the views. We are a family of six adults and had a brilliant time and would highly recommend this great villa and the lovely area. Thank you Gabriella.

Decisamente un elegante appartamento elegante, molto spazioso e dotato di tutte le comodità, posizionato perfettamente a metà strada tra il mare (vi si arriva a piedi) e il caratteristico centro storico di San Felice Circeo. Impagabile la vista dalla veranda, da cui si può assistere, nelle prime ore del mattino, allo spettacolo dell'alba sul mare! Da ritornarci senz'altro!

Très bonne location

Nous avons passé à 5 un très bon séjour. Gabriella est très accueillante et sait recevoir (boissons variées,confitures,miel,café,thé,gâteaux et fruits à l'arrivée). La location est calme,très propre et agréable à vivre. Il faisait très chaud et nous avons vécu dehors: terrasse couverte et joli jardin. Une petite plage est à 10min à pied de la maison. La vieille ville est à visiter. Le ménage final est compris,ce qui est rare. C'est une location simple,à recommander.

Una casa accogliente dal vero sapore mediterraneo. Spezie aromatiche, agrumi una vista meravigliosa, mare montagna e tutti i servizi. La sig.ra. Gabriella è una persona molto gentile e premurosa con i suoi ospiti. Siamo stati molto bene.

Siamo stati ospiti, io, mio marito e le 2 bambine, presso la casa in oggetto. com'è? esattamente come viene presentata: accogliente, fresca, elegante, curata e pulita. Ci siamo sentiti meglio che a casa nostra, l'accoglienza della Sig.ra Gabriella è calda e gentile. Insomma insieme al mare e alla cornice storica in cui la casa è inserita, tutto ha contribuito a regalarci una sana vacanza! Milena

Lovely stay in San Felice Circero

We are two couples who had 8 wonderful days in Bouganville in October. The apartment fully lived up to our expectations: spacious, very well maintained and clean, and the location is perfect in relation to the distance to the old town, the beach and shopping. Gabriella is an extremely welcoming and helpful host who makes herself available with good info and help if you need it, in addition to the information contained in the form of various tours and brochures and books that are located to the guests. The garden and the view is first class. We highly recommend Bouganville
