Why they chose this property

It's a very peaceful and beautiful living area, behind the building, there are benches, a big table and a kid's playground, which are right next to a little hill, close to nature. Shopping mall and metro are within 800m, a bus stop is 200m away. 400 meters way is there is a primary school. A basketball, a football and a tennis playgroud is just 500m away from the apaartment.

What makes this property unique

The studio is new renovated, clean and comfortable. It's on the top floor, offer great view, the city center high-rises can even been seen from inside the apartment.
