The 5th floor holiday apartment is located on a hillside and offers a great view over the sea, the marina and over the city - especially the shopping centre "Centro Commercial".

It has a bright and stylish design with modern furniture. There is an open-plan kitchen with full service, fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. You will also find three stools behind the countertop.

The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, as well as plenty of storage underneath the sink. The apartment also offers an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, drying rack and clean towels.

The bedroom has built-in closets and additional window insulation, ensuring you can relax when you return home. Of course it has air conditioning for those warm nights and a safety deposit box for your personal belongings.

The 7.5 m² balcony is equipped with lounge furniture and offers stunning views of Puerto Rico including the city, mountain and sea.

From the 2nd floor you have access to a lovely sun terrace with a swimming pool and smaller child pool (Currently under construction), sun beds and parasols.
There is a lift from reception to each floor.

If you are renting a car, you will find parking facilities on the street in front of the apartment complex.
