Stay in this charming apartment inside a prestigious medieval castle located in the heart of Robella on the green hills of Monferrato in Piedmont. A perfect solution for a relaxing stay and nature excursions. This shelter, which welcomes up to four people and pets, offers a mix of old-world charm and modern comforts, with free Wi-Fi and private parking. The apartment, surrounded by a large tree-lined park, is equipped with lounge chairs, barbecues and outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors. The spacious ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, as well as a cozy living/dining room with a large table and a double sofa bed. There is also a small bathroom with washing machine on this floor. Upstairs there is a large bright bedroom with two beds and a second large bathroom with shower and bidet. Located just a few km from the restaurants of Cortiglione, Cocconato and Montechiaro and a short drive from Asti (31 km), the Abbey of Vezzolano (21 km), Turin and its airport (59 km) and the Barolo lands (about 60 km) this period residence offers comfort and easy access to the rich cultural, culinary and oenological offer of Piedmont. Truffle fairs take place in the area during the autumn. Ideal for couples or small families who want to immerse themselves in the peaceful countryside and historic atmosphere of Piedmont.

We arrived at the castle about 2350 after having rental car problems at the airport. The castle was very cold and the instructions to turn the heat on did not work. Someone came the next day to turn the heat on. My sofa bed was not made up even though we were clearly 3 people and needed three beds. The mattresses were very lumpy and the linens smelled stale because they were in a chest. When I told the host about this her response was: "Sometimes situations don't work out the way we want them to!" followed by an apology. I have a house that I rent out too and I make every effort to make travelers comfortable. We were so tired when we arrived and she did not prepare for our arrival.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad op het kasteelterrein. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en omdat er nauwlijks activiteiten waren op het terrein voelden we ons echte kasteel bewoners. De woning is wat donker maar door het mooie weer konden we veel tijd buiten doorbrengen en van de mooie tuin genieten. In de omgeving heel veel middeleeuwse dorpjes.
