Summary:
We are excited to offer our Organica Residence, a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment spread across multiple floors which offers luxurious living experience. Centrally located next to Manchester’s Gay Village, Oxford Road and Piccadilly stations are only a short walking distance away. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.

The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The newly renovated open plan kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We provide a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and an induction hob.

We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.

There is a 6 seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.

BEDROOMS
There are 2 king-size bedrooms, all fitted with blackout curtains or blinds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, whilst the other bedroom has a unique ‘walk-in wardrobe’ style storage area.

BATHROOMS
There are 2 bathrooms. The family bathroom features a bath tub, whilst the master bedroom en-suite has a spacious walk-in waterfall shower. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

LIVING AREA
The living area features a 55-inch smart TV with Sky Cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access.

ACCESSIBILITY
The property is a duplex apartment, lay out across 2 floors. The bedrooms and bathrooms are accessible via stairs only. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility considerations.

LOCATION & PARKING
Organica is just a stones-throw away from Manchester’s iconic central shopping and entertainment district, as well as positioned conveniently between both Piccadilly and Oxford Road train stations.

For those with vehicles, there are several off and on street parking spaces available all around the development. There is a pay and display car park 30m from the development, where it costs est. £25.00 daily to park. The full address of this car park is as follows: NCP, Sackville St, Manchester M1 3LY. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s). Alternative, longer-term parking at a more preferable rate may be arranged for you upon enquiry.

Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.

In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.

Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 4th floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
