About this property
20 Rosemary Cottage - sleeps 5 guests in 3 bedrooms
Ground Floor
Entrance is usually via the back from the parking area into the rear garden and via the back door.
Kitchen/Breakfast room: a newly fitted contemporary kitchen well-equipped with an electric oven with a halogen hob, a microwave, a slim-line dishwasher, a fridge with an ice-box. (Please note there is a washing machine stored in an out-house.)
There's a wooden dining table with five chairs. From the kitchen it opens into:
Sitting Room: has a wooden painted beamed ceiling, two new sofas, large Smart TV, coffee table. There is a door leading to the staircase.
First Floor
The staircase is a typical Norfolk winder which is fairly steep, however there is a hand rail on both sides. At the top of the staircase is a fixed stair-gate.
All the bedrooms are newly furnished with new bedding and towels.
Bedroom 1: beautifully presented room at the back of the cottage with a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and clothes hooks.
Bathroom: newly fitted bathroom which has a bath with an overhead electric shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: has twin beds, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers and clothes hanging hooks.
Bedroom 3: has a single bed, bedside table and lamp, small chest of drawers and clothes hanging hooks.
The duvets and pillows are all hypo-allergenic.
Outside
Access to Rosemary Cottage is via a shingled driveway off the coast road. There is a garage which may be used with an E.V charger ( Charging per week £50, weekends £25 by arrangement, on payment the code will be released) and to store bicycles by request, and there is off-street parking for one car in front of the garage.
There is a small fully enclosed rear garden which catches the sun throughout the day. It is paved and there is an outside table and chairs, plus a charcoal barbecue.
External Utility Room: with a washing machine.
Conveniently located only a few minutes walk to the sandy beach, an excellent village shop/deli, The Lodge Hotel, Le Strange Arms hotel and the Coast Hopper bus-stop.
One small, well-behaved dog is welcome to stay in Rosemary Cottage.
