Bicocchi is an old farmhouse located within the villa’s grounds, set apart from the main complex. Originally built as a hunting lodge in the late 19th century, Bicocchi is constructed entirely of stone in the Neo-Gothic style and still retains its original structure, featuring cross vaults on the ground floor and wooden beams on the upper floors. It is divided into two apartments: Giardino and Pomaio, which can be connected and rented together. Both apartments in the Bicocchi house are equipped with private bathrooms, heating, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. Of course, access to the pool garden, the pool, and the football field is included.

BICOCCHI POMAIO features a beautiful outdoor patio with a table and private BBQ overlooking the orchard and the old cypress trees lining the historic provincial road.

It also has its own private access to the pool.

At the entrance, you’ll find a spacious open-concept area with a living room and a dining room adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen.

Next, there is a double bedroom overlooking the estate’s tree-lined garden and a small studio apartment, consisting of a ground floor with a private bathroom and a loft with a double bed.

There is also a bathroom with a bathtub located outside these two rooms.
