Terrific home with wonderful character and charm

We loved our week in this charming bungalow. The decor inside and out is beautiful, colorful, tasteful, and festive. There is an incredible attention to detail to create a warm and welcoming experience. Everywhere you turn, there is something fun and engaging. While we didn't have the best weather, the yard would be a terrific place to spend lots of time for outdoor meals, playing with kids, or just hanging out. The house is amazingly supplied. We have rented a number of homes, and this was the best in terms of supplies. Jamie provides all the basics you could need. And, she offered to get something if we were missing it. She cares very much about providing an experience that meets the renters needs. We really appreciated this because we often find ourselves purchasing items that we only need a small portion and this allowed us to avoid that. The bedrooms are on the smaller side. This was not a challenge for us, but might be if you filled the home to its capacity. The location is great! It is an easy drive to anywhere you want to go in Sarasota. It is in a lovely community with a short walk to terrific ice cream shops. We had one small problem with the key pad and Jamie was incredibly responsive. I felt like she was available if we needed anything but was not at all intrusive. I highly recommend this home! We would definitely come back!
