Escape to your own private paradise featuring a refreshing pool (heat optional) and a detached guest suite, for ultimate relaxation and privacy! This fully renovated home has three bedrooms AND a separate guest house with queen bed, TV, beverage fridge, table with 2 chairs, sofa and bathroom near the pool and private backyard. Pool can be heated upon request for $35 plus tax per day. Perfect for traveling with a relative, friends, nanny, or teens. The Main House and Guest House are all rented as one only not separately.



Upon entering the home, you are greeted with a large living area and open-concept kitchen. You can sit at the kitchen bar or the nearby dining table to enjoy a meal with friends and family. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and ample space for making delicious meals. A full-size laundry room off the kitchen offers plenty of storage and counter space.



The living room, located at the back of the house, features two large, comfortable couches, a flat-screen TV, and access to the screened-in lanai. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a queen bed, and the other guest rooms have queen beds with access to the hallway bathroom.



The home also includes a private fenced backyard with a gorgeous private pool (optional heating available for an additional fee) and a guest house efficiency. This separate unit features its own kitchenette, bathroom, and full-size bed, providing additional privacy for guests.

Flying into Sarasota/Bradenton airport is easy and convenient with direct flights from many cities and is only a 20 minutes drive from the home.
