About this property
Architect‑designed 1976 summer house near beach
Beautiful architect‑designed summer house at Bjerge South Beach, south of Kalundborg, available for weekly rental.
The summer house, built in 1976, remains in 100% original condition with only minimal improvements. Don’t expect luxury—instead, enjoy authentic Danish architecture from the 1970s.
If you seek peace and quiet, stunning nature, a sandy beach, and the sound of the sea while dining on the terrace, this is the place.
Located on a lovely natural plot in a small, secluded summer‑house area, just a few hundred steps from a beautiful sandy shore, fields, and unspoiled nature.
A few kilometers away is the peninsula of Reersø, known for its charming village atmosphere, inn/restaurant, local brewery, and the small, picturesque fishing harbour.
Inside, there are 3 bedrooms: two with double beds (140 × 200 cm and 160 × 190/200 cm), and one with a bunk bed (190 × 70 cm) plus a loft. In total, 7 sleeping places—children are intended for the bunk bed.
Also includes a bathroom with toilet, an entrance hall, and a spacious open‑plan kitchen/living room with a wood stove and access to two large sun‑terraces—one of which is covered and faces southwest.
Amenities include TV with soundbar, Bluetooth, Chromecast, and Wi‑Fi available during the high season.
Two bicycles are available free of charge. Note: Not for commercial rental.
