Welcome to our bright seaside apartment, just 150 meters from the beach in the private “Šventosios Vartai” complex. It is ideal for couples or small families who want to relax close to the sea in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi‑Fi, TV, air conditioning and free parking on site.

The property

The first floor apartment is 52 m² with an open living area and floor‑to‑ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. The living room has a comfortable sofa, TV and direct access to a spacious balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, including a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker. For longer stays, you will also appreciate the washer, heating and air conditioning.



Sleeping arrangements:

- Bedroom: 160 cm size bed with blackout shades 

- Living room: comfortable sofa bed for 2 guests  





Guest access:



Guests have full access to the apartment and private balcony. 

In the shared courtyard of the complex, you can use: 

- BBQ area with grill 

- Children’s playground 

- Benches and green areas for relaxing  

The territory is monitored by cameras, and you have a dedicated free parking space inside the complex.



Location:

The apartment is in a quiet seaside area, just a short walk from the beach and a small pier. During the season, the nearby town becomes lively, with many cafes, restaurants and small shops within easy reach. It is a great base for enjoying the sea, walks along the shore and evening sunsets on the dunes.



Off season: 

For a truly peaceful experience, visit during the off-season when the area is delightfully tranquil, perfect for nature enthusiasts. Explore the nearby sand dunes, which provide a wind-free hideaway or an ideal spot for sunbathing and watching the sunset.
