In scenic surroundings with a wide view of fields and small lakes lies this charming, small country house - an ideal choice for those who want peace, nature and cozy togetherness. The holiday home has space for up to 4 people and combines authentic country idyll with modern comfort. The house was originally built in 1840 and carefully renovated in 2009, when a bright extension of 40 m² was also built, and in 2025. The extension contains a cozy living room with kitchenette, dining area for 6 people, TV and sofa, and various games - perfect as an activity room for older children or extra living room for relaxation and overnight guests. Please note that the double bed in the room is 140x200 cm. The home offers a bathroom and an extra toilet, as well as a spacious living room with plenty of space for shared comfort. In the older part of the house, the ceiling height is 1.85 m, which contributes to the house's authentic charm. Outside, you can enjoy the south-facing terrace, which is closed off from the road and is therefore ideal for relaxing moments around the electric table grill. The area invites you to peace and contemplation, while you only have about 4 km to the coast and beach. Shopping is about 7 km from the house, and the nearest restaurant is about 11 km away. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly solutions such as a heat pump and has both Danish and German TV. There is also a wood-burning stove, which creates extra coziness on cooler days. For electric car owners, there is a plug with CEE contact (IEC-60309, 5-pole, 3 phases, 16A). An atmospheric holiday home for those of you who want a relaxing holiday close to nature - and not far from the sea.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Dänemark. Die Umgebung ist schön und die Lage des Hauses ist auch toll. Einige Dinge, die dringend angeschaut werden müssen: Das Bett - wir haben den oberen Teil der Betten abgenommen, weil es alt und wirklich nicht hygienisch war, Flecken, die man darauf sehen kann - es braucht neue matratzen. das bad "teppich war dreckig und alt und ekelhaft. bad hatte keine toilettenbürste alt und ekelhaft der außentisch und die bank müssten dringend repariert werden, wenn ich etwas größer wäre, würde es sicher nicht halten BBQ, aber es gab keine. Für die Reinigung könnte man mehr saubere Tücher und einen Mop und einen Müll in die Küche geben. Es braucht ein insgesamt gutes Peeling - Frühjahrsputz auch die Wände, die die Lichter befestigen (fast keine funktionierten) und haben eine lose Verbindung Die Mikrowelle funktioniert nicht am Badezimmereingang. Der Splitter ist lose. Hoffentlich können Sie dies in Zukunft ändern, weil es einen schönen Charme hat. Das Haus braucht etwas Aufmerksamkeit. Beste D.
