This pool / activity house has a wonderful location on a large secluded dune plot with a view of the old mill in Sønderho. The house is particularly suitable for one or more families of a total of 12-14 people, but contains as many as 18 beds. For example. there are 2 bathrooms, as well as extra shower and toilet in open space in connection with the pool area. 9 rooms, several of which have TV (only for games and DVD). Here are really good opportunities for a fun and active holiday in all seasons. Large wellness department which in addition to the large swimming pool (heated energy-friendly) also contains a whirlpool and a sauna, as well as the activity room with i.a. table tennis, table football and pool table or just have fun with TV or PlayStation. At the other end of the house there is a living and dining room with wood burning stove, air conditioning and 50 & quot; flat screen (cable TV). The house is decorated according to the owner's personal taste and style. There are 2 kitchens, so there are a total of two ovens and two stoves. The house has several good terraces that are sheltered by the house. Trampoline in the garden (use of this is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance). A few minutes drive from the house is the finest white sand beach which is one of northern Europe's best beaches. It is allowed to take the car on the beach and drive between Sønderho in the south and to Fanø Bad in the north.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
